• General Cancellation:
  Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

• Moderate Notice:
  Partial refund for cancellations made within 7–29 days of arrival.

• Late Cancellations:
  Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may not be refundable.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after your departure provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

We love animals but cannot accommodate cats. Dogs may be considered with an additional refundable security deposit and prior approval.

Yes. Street parking is generally available nearby.

Yes to both:

• A washer and dryer in the apartment

The apartment is located on a quiet residential block in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. As with any urban area, standard city precautions are recommended.
