Welcome to a private, fully furnished garden-level apartment on a quiet, tree-lined block in Stuyvesant Heights (Bed-Stuy), Brooklyn. Thoughtfully set up for comfort and privacy, the apartment works well for flexible stays and longer visits, with easy access to neighborhood cafés, parks, and public transit.

  • The apartment occupies the entire garden floor of an owner-occupied brownstone and offers approximately 800 square feet of private living space.

  • Guests have exclusive use of the entire garden-level apartment, with a private entrance. The brownstone is owner-occupied, but the apartment is fully separate and self-contained.

  • This is a generally quiet block, especially at night. As with any New York City home, occasional ambient city noise and normal household sounds may be heard.

    In warmer months, a nearby Bed & Breakfast may host outdoor events. These are subject to city noise ordinances and conclude by 8:00 PM.

Who We Are
