This furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath garden-level rental is located on a peaceful, tree-lined block in Stuyvesant Heights—the landmarked historic district of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. The apartment works well for short stays and extended visits, with easy access to neighborhood cafés, restaurants, nightlife, and public transportation.

The apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a brownstone and offers approx 800 sq ft of living space. It is generally suited for 1–2 guests, or up to 3 for a small family.

We’re Alice and Gregg, two creatives and longtime Brooklyn residents. We are the owners of this brownstone and live in the upstairs apartment with our kids and occasionally a foster pup.
